How we can help you

Drolma Centre is a special place which offers meditation and Modern Buddhism in Peterborough and the surrounding areas.

During this difficult time we have moved our classes and courses online so that we can continue to offer you the opportunity to develop a more calm and peaceful mind. This in turn helps us to deal with challenging situations such as anxiety, worry, stress, difficult relationships, isolation, loneliness and frustration in a more constructive and helpful way.

Through meditation and Buddha's wisdom we learn to reduce negative states of mind and learn instead how to become relaxed, happier and positive.
How you can help us

We are so delighted that you are joining us for our online classes and we're pleased to say that word is spreading! Thank you for your ongoing support.

Can you help us spread the word?

As we are unable to physically distribute our publicity, we have to rely solely on our online presence and social media. So we are asking you if you can help us in some/all of these ways:
1. Sharing, commenting on and liking our posts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
This is a small, but very helpful and effective way to help our events be seen by more people. The more likes/comments/shares - the more the social-media machines will put the events on more people's pages.
Don't miss another Facebook post from us again - Did you know you can set your Facebook account to see our page first in your feed?
SEE DROLMA FIRST ON FACEBOOK
2. Inviting your friends to share our web page, our posts or join an event on Facebook.
Don't want to share with all your Friends? Create a list of certain friends in Facebook who you think would be interested in our posts.
CREATE A FRIENDS LIST ON FACEBOOK
3. Sharing these enewsletters with your friends.

4. Writing a review on Google.
We are here for you during this time of anxiety and uncertainty to help you practise Dharma and to develop and maintain inner peace, compassion and patience at a time when these qualities are very much needed.

Stay well
With love and prayers from the Drolma Centre Team
