Pause orders from the iPad App:
Go to your Goodtill POS app, then go to the Web module. Find the pause button either from the top right section (if on POS app version 7.5 or older) or from the settings at the bottom left (version 7.6).
Pause your store from the Goodtill Backoffice:

Please don't forget to take your store online again when you open by reversing the steps you have taken today.

***If you already received an order that you can not fulfil, please call you customer to either re-arrange the order or simply reject the order from the iPad or refund the transaction by going to your Backoffice>Reports>Goodeats report***
