Dear Friend:

About mid-July and mid-October, you'll want to "go postal" but let's talk snail mail so you have a grasp on everything from graphic design concept to lists to the USPS!
Share with friends who could benefit!

Jon Males and Don Morrison with Record News will be joining us to wade through:
  • Graphic Design Jargon: bleeds, margins, folds, tabs, jpg, pdf?
  • Postage Tips: Red-tagging, bulk, presort, CASS, NCOA
  • Lists: How do I know which voters to target?
  • What are mailing services anyway?
  • USPS: Bless their hearts...
Sunday, May 10
7-9 pm

Location: ZOOM

June 7: WTF? (What the File?)

Please join me to welcome Mary Birch, longtime Johnson County business leader and former Lt. Governor candidate (2002). Republicans (and many Democrats) across the state seek her advice, she's a rainmaker for the Lathrop GPM law firm, has a darn accurate crystal ball when it comes to Kansas elections, and I'm blessed to call her a friend and mentor.

With the filing deadline at noon on June 1, the candidate list should be official by our next conversation. We will cover:
  1. The filings, what they mean for districts across the state, predictions, and strategy,
  2. COVID campaigning, and
  3. New and novel tools to think outside the box during pandemic polling!
If you've missed a previous session, they are now up on my website: sessions.votesharp.biz. If you have not already subscribed, reply to this email so I can add you to the approved list.
  • Session 1: Campaign Finance
  • Session 2: Campaign Playbook & Pieces of the Puzzle
  • Session 3: Communicating with Voters - Social Media, Candidate Surveys & Door-to-Door
  • Session 4: High Input, High Impact - Volunteers & Yard Signs
  • Session 5: Vote Early, Often
As a reminder, these sessions are in lieu of my day-to-day involvement in campaigns. Sessions are $150 each for a minimum of 5 ($750), $125 each for 10 $(1,250), or $100 each for 15 ($1,500). Additional resources (artwork templates, lists, calendars, formatted spreadsheets, etc.) are provided with the 10- and 15-pack subscriptions. More info on the graphic below:
  • VoteSharp (aka constituent.us) subscriptions for new candidates: $500 through November 6, 2020.
  • Basic collateral packages are also available as described below.
I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with you. Please let me know if I can be of service to you, or if you have questions about policy, civic engagement, or voting!
Happy connecting,
