Supporting Remote Learning Webinars

DESE’s Center for Instructional Support is providing content-specific support to assist teachers, coaches and instructional leaders with implementation of remote learning building upon the Department’s remote learning guidance. The focus will be on providing guidance for implementing the prerequisite content standards as well as sharing best practices and recommendations for remote learning. These webinars will be recorded live and posted on our website for you to access as needed.  Please find the schedule and links for each of the content webinars here! Grant to Implement a STEM Week 2020 Design Challenge

The MA Executive Office of Education, through the STEM Advisory Council, has posted a grant opportunity to support one or more non-profit and/or public education organizations to design and implement a statewide or regional, multi grade-level, week-long design challenge with corresponding curriculum, activities, and teacher support and development for STEM Week 2020 (October 19th – 23rd, 2020). The grant bid information is posted here, to register and apply to bid for this grant (bid #BD-20-1036-EDU02-EDU02-50722) click hereApplications are due May 15.
