Happy Mother's Day!
It is with great affection that we honor and celebrate mothers today. Mothers come in all manner of women who have been integral in our lives, whether a biological parent, extended family member, as in an aunt or cousin, a teacher, a neighbor, or one who has been a woman of significant influence and encouragement. We give thanks and acknowledge the women who have sparked courage, provided moral grounding, emanated patience, and guided us along the way.

Functional Fitness Class

Get a full body workout – cardio, core, and functional movements for the aging body, strength, balance and endurance. Instructor: Janelle. Members $3.50 per class/Others $4.50.
Yoga Class - *New!
Wed 3:30–4:30pm, Fri 10–11am
A mat based class focusing on gentle stretching, standing balance, and flexibility with breath focused movement to promote relaxation, stress reduction and ease of movement within the body. Use a yoga mat, blanket or a towel to sit on. Instructor: Jessica. Try Wednesday, May 13 free. Members $3.50 per class/Others $4.50.
