Thank you everyone who joined us after Bar Move Express with Bar Method Hoboken this morning!

If you signed up for class, but didn’t get a chance to join us live, stay tuned for the end of class where I take you through a foam rolling session to those glutes, hip rotators, and thigh muscles that were targeted in class and answer questions about self-massage with objects you have at home.

I’ve created a Foam Rolling: 101 handout and also recorded a Foam Roll and Flow for the hip and low back for those of you (including me!) who have found ourselves sitting more often these past few weeks and need to give this area a little love and attention. For those of you who don’t already know me, I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) living in Hoboken, NJ specializing in the evaluation and treatment of dizziness, concussion, and balance disorders. I teach with multiple DPT programs in NJ and NY as well as provide anatomy education for local yoga teacher training programs. I am a registered yoga teacher myself, and am passionate about injury PREVENTION. I love working and consulting with active individuals like YOU who exercise regularly and may need just 1 or 2 sessions to answer the questions you have about posture, pain, and/or prevention. As a DPT with over 10 years experience working in the NY/NJ area, I also value the opportunity to refer you to a colleague or other provider in my wide network when I cannot accommodate you.

If you, or someone you know, has specific questions you would like to discuss, we can do-so during an individualized consultation via Zoom. During our individualized session, we will go into detail about specific target areas or general aches and pains, and how you can can address them with the tools you already have at home.
