Each session begins promptly at 10:30am, with a brief orientation, reciting the refuge & bodhicitta prayers, and 15 minutes of shiné meditation, followed by a teaching and discussion on the classic text A Letter to a Friend, by Nagarjuna. These sessions are relaxed, informal, and there is plenty of time for Q&A.
