The “legal” landmine on the road to sovereignty

There is a landmine on the road to Israeli sovereignty over parts of Judea and Samaria. It must be defused before it blows up Israel’s efforts to secure its national interests and takes President Donald Trump’s peace plan, and U.S.-Israel relations along with it.

The landmine is not an actual explosive charge but the clique of unelected lawyers at the top of Israel’s legal system. Member of the clique have arrogated to themselves the power of the government to advance their radical, legally unsupported political views about Judea and Samaria. Read article.

VICTORY: RI Reps Cicilline and Langevin signed on to a May 4 letter to Secretary of State Pompeo urging extension of arms and travel sanctions against Iran past the October 2020 expiration date.

It stated, in part: "America must continue its longstanding, bipartisan leadership in order to limit Iran’s destabilizing activities throughout the world. We look forward to working with you to re-authorize these expiring U.N. restrictions, which are essential to protecting our national security and the American people." Read signed letter here.
