Dear All,

We hope you're keeping healthy and surviving lockdown without too much trouble. Here is May's update.

Questionnaire:

Both in response to the ideas generated by Prof Evan Parker's talk for the Café Scientific over a month ago and in response to the immediate coronavirus crisis, the VGS (with input from the Town Council's Environment Committee) put together an on-line questionnaire to see how we are currently managing and how we think we'll be able to manage in the future.

So, a big thank you to all of you who filled in the questionnaire. The report and press release showing the results are available to look at – and if you'd like to see the full set of responses, just get in touch.

News and Events:

Meanwhile, many things have been going on in Sidmouth:

Finally:
We can enjoy the spring and do our bit by carrying out some
'citizen science'; or we can try out some 'fixing'. And if you wanted to do some sewing and help out a little, there's always the Sidmouth PPE supply project.

Have a look at the VGS news pages for more of the latest thought-provoking information; as ever, we try to show many sides of an issue in order to stimulate debate.

Do get in touch if you'd like to get involved in any aspect of the things the VGS does.

Keep safe and keep well.

Regards, the VGS Team
