After years of working in the studio, countless all-nighters, and weathering a pandemic, you graduated from CCA. We are proud of you and your many victories to get to this point in time. We celebrate you from a distance, and we remain committed to coming together for a physical gathering/ceremony when it is safe for the CCA community and their loved ones, locally and globally, to do so.
For the last few, albeit frantic, weeks, we have collaborated with senior Film student Lamont Lamar to create a special video for you! None of this would have been possible without the many contributions from the CCA community.

To watch with subtitles, click the gear icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the video player and select “Subtitles/CC.” A box will pop up with a list of languages to choose from. Select a language to enable subtitles. Now the video will play with subtitles in whichever language you've selected.
Celebrate!
We recognize your accomplishments and want to share them with the world! Due to the unprecedented events of spring 2020, we've quickly adapted culminating exhibitions into an online experience that recognizes your resilience and commitment as artists, designers, architects, makers, and writers. The Class of 2020 Showcase launches today as a searchable location for viewing work by all CCA graduates. In addition, your deans and chairs have come up with creative ways to celebrate you. You have either received or will be receiving a personal invitation with more details.
In partnership with folks across the college, we have created a special commemorative booklet to serve as a time capsule for you and to be shared with family members. Each member of the graduating class will receive two physical copies, one for you to keep and the other to share with a loved one. Working with our vendors we estimate that those who live in the U.S. will receive it by the end of June, and for those living abroad, it will take some additional time to get into your hands.
Until then, here are letters of love, support, congratulations, and advice from your CCA community as you begin your next life chapter as alumni of CCA.
Even though we are physically distant, it doesn't mean we can't collectively celebrate our graduating class on Facebook and Instagram. To help connect our community, consider posting on social media using the hashtags #CCArts, #chimeraMADE, and #CCAchimeraSTRONG.

Membership in CCA's Alumni Association is free and automatic for all graduates, and you are now part of a network of 22,000+ alums. Look out for an email from the Alumni Association next week welcoming you to the community. In the meantime, take a peek at your alumni benefits and resources and join them on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
These are challenging times and now more than ever, we need creatives like you to be the next generation of creative leaders in this brave new world that has been thrust upon us.
