All the dinner ideas and deals for this weeks Seasonal fare.

Finally it's time to invite a group of 10 people around to yours for a bang up dinner. Roast Pork is just the thing for this with all the trimmings. If you have never had Quince with Roast Pork then have a go this week, I found this recipe for Pork Belly and Quince but it would work just the same for a leg.

Kiwifruit

Woop Woop! Everyone at my house is looking forward to the packing of 3 lunchboxes on Monday before the kids leave the house for School. Stock up on some Kiwifruit this weekend as an ideal lunchbox filler.

MF Chickpeas

Chickpeas have been in high demand over the last few weeks and I'd stock up on these babies while there's a great deal on this week. These are a great pantry staple and also are a super economic thing to use as a base for a heap of dinners. Check out these 26 ways to use a can of chickpeas.

Red Kumara

Just in time for Gyms to re-open Red Kumara is on the Blackboard. Do some meal prepping this week and take this Kumara and Bacon Salad into work (or work from home). To feel super virtuous go to the Gym before Pubs are allowed to open next week.

Eye fillet

If you really want to crank up your L2 weekend dinner party we have Fresh Whole Eye Fillet. Naturally I'm thinking Beef Wellington with some Red Wine and Brussell Sprouts on the side.

Brussels Sprouts

Brussels Sprouts are rounding out the produce on the Blackboard this week and they would be a great addition to either the Pork Roast or Eye Fillet on the Blackboard. Roasted Brussels Sprouts are delicious, check out this method from Cuisine Magazine.

Friday Drinks

We have gone super local for Drink of the Week this week. The Hunting Lodge Expressions Range makes for great drinking and is a good deal to boot. #shoplocal
