The Blessings of...
INTERCESSION and JESUS!

INTERCESSION

Intercession is prayer on behalf of another, and naturally arises from the instinct of the human heart--not merely prompted by affection and interest, but recognizing that God's relation to man is not merely individual, but social. (Bible Study Tools)

The love of Christ in believers should compel them to intercede with fervor and expectation of the manifestation of His glory. The desire of the believers is that those being prayed for will experience God’s power in a personal way as if it were happening for them.

God’s love causes us to pray for others. Jesus is the example of THE ULTIMATE INTERCESSOR and he epitomizes how we should petition God for others!

In Matthew 22:38,  Jesus says, “‘You are to love your neighbor as yourself.”.

An effective intercessor must be able to not only love the Lord with all their heart but also love their neighbor as they love themselves. Another aspect of being an effective intercessor is humility-Jesus as the example humbled himself.

We may be physically and socially distant but we must be SPIRITUALLY united!

JESUS

Jesus is the Only Son of God, of the Godhead, and Incarnate Christ, Savior, Mediator, Intercessor and advocate- the Word of God (Bible). We may only gain access to the Father, by believing in Him (SEC).

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
-John 3:16

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
-John 14:6

Salvation is available to all who will not only believe in Christ but receive the redemptive work of Christ on the cross. We in turn, as His disciples are to obey His word and adhere to the doctrine and principles that were taught by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Jesus as the standard and model has been established in the earth for believers to follow. Pray earnestly, bind one self, make requests, and beg—all of which Jesus Himself had to do in his prayer.

And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
-John 17:22

11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.  12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:  13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.  14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father), full of grace and truth.
-John 1:11-14

Continue to prepare yourself, spiritually, in anticipation of God's movement in your life. And, those that desire to become a believer, take the step towards salvation. Contact me to find out how.

2020 THEME -  "Shining the Spotlight on the Total Believer through Strategic Prayer and Revelation Knowledge "
MOTTO -  2020 Vision: This is the year of CLARITY!
MESSAGE -   In the year of 2020, we must have revealed knowledge, which will come through clarity of sight from the word of God. We have to remove the distractions that hinder our vision..the word has to be a spotlight helping us to receive revealed knowledge through the Spirit of God. We can get there by going to get our eyes "examined"-our examination is prayer. Just as the blind man’s sight was restored from seeing men as trees to total clarity, we too must allow Jesus to bring clarity through strategic prayer and revelation knowledge (Mark 8:23-25). God is going to speak to us through prayer and His word (enhanced biblical knowledge)! This is going to be an awesome year of PRAYER, POWER, and PROSPERITY!

“I wish above all things that you prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers…”
-3 John 2.

"For all The promises of God in Him are yea and in him Amen unto the glory of God by us"!
-2 Corinthians 1:20
