The Whitelock Art Crosswalk Project
We are excited to announce the beginning of a creative placemaking project. Centered around pedestrian safety and beautification, this project is a collaboration between RHIC and Graham Projects alongside the MICA/MDOT Pedestrian and Bicyclist Safety Project.
