COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY INFO
Thank you to all of our customers who have been observing safety protocols and taking care to keep themselves and our staff safe. Please note that you MUST wear a face covering when traveling to and from your boat in the yard, and when entering the office for any reason (which you shouldn't have...we can meet you outside if you knock on the door). We prefer all bills to be paid remotely online or by phone, rather than having you come to the office. All bills are sent via email and can be paid through the link in the email using a credit or debit card or via PayPal. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to use this service. We can also take your card number over the phone.

UPCOMING LAUNCHES
The first boats have started to leave the yard, and "we're cooking with gas now!" The following boats may be ready for launch in the next week or two. Please check to make sure your dock or mooring is ready! We will send notification of your actual launch date as soon as we finalize the schedule. This list is NOT organized by estimated launch date, but is alphabetized by BOAT NAME so you'll know to get ready:

If your boat is not on this list, don't worry. We recognize how anxious everyone is to get to the water, but we're spending a lot of time sending the same email to everyone in response to your inquiries: "We will let you know when your boat will be accessible and ready for launch. You don't have to call or email to check on it. Please have patience. This is a difficult time for everyone, and we're still trying to catch up after the shutdown."


We have had one or two people who said they wouldn't be ready to launch when we needed them to. We gave plenty of warning that we'd need you to be flexible and get ready ASAP. Please make whatever accommodations you need to make so that we can launch you when we reach your boat. In order to ensure the health and safety of our staff and reduce the amount of time we spend doing non-essential boat moving, we MUST launch the boats when we get to them, and not shuffle them around the yard, which will only end up costing YOU money!

DLM CUSTOMERS
Next week, on May 15, would have been the opening day of our DLM Season. As you can see, the winter boats are leaving the yard as fast as we can launch them, so that the opening of your DLM season is not delayed too long (it will likely be delayed a couple of weeks at this point). We appreciate your patience as we prepare for what we believe could be our busiest season ever. We anticipate that without the "distractions" of school, sports, beaches, golf courses, and vacation travel, you will be taking advantage of the opportunity to use your boats more and more often. Please know that we will do everything we can to accommodate the increased usage, but there may be some necessary changes to the service as we move forward (i.e. limiting the number of boats at the dock, etc.). We will move forward when the season begins as we normally have, and will notify you if any changes to the system only if they become necessary. Contracts and invoices for those who did not pay early in February will be emailed in the next couple of weeks. Don't worry if they don't get to you by May 15. We'll get them out ASAP.
