Update From The President!

We hope that this newsletter finds you all safe, and would like to thank you all for your Heartfelt Support of the Seaside Cruizers Car Club and Society.

It is with much regret that after 26 years of consecutive Father’s Day Weekends, I must announce that due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, along with the B.C. Health Guidelines the Seaside Cruizers must announce that we are unable to hold our Father`s Day Weekend this June 19,20, &21, 2020.  After much discussion, the Seaside Cruizers decided to cancel our Father’s Day Weekend until 2021.

We cannot risk being an event where Covid-19 has an opportunity to spread within our community as we are sure, you would all agree. The travel and human exchange involved in putting on a Car Weekend the size and scope of the Father’s Day Weekend makes it impossible for us to carry on for this year. It's simply too risky for all of us.

The Seaside Cruizers is a non-profit organization operated by our members.  As you can imagine, there is a substantial outlay of cash that happens well before the Father`s Day Weekend in order to plan an event of our size and scope. This money comes mostly from you, the Car Registrant, our Generous Sponsors and Vendors, as well as our extensive fundraisers onsite.

If you have Pre-Registered for our Show & Shine, Poker Run, or pre-purchased a Commemorative T-Shirt…we will be getting in touch with you shortly to ask you to please…Roll Your 2020 Registrations, T-shirt Purchases, Sponsorships, and Vendor Payments forward to Our 2021 Father`s Day Weekend!

Again, thank you all for your ongoing Support of The Seaside Cruizers Car Club Society.  We look forward to everyone getting through this Pandemic Safely, and seeing all of you next June for the Seaside Cruizers Father’s Day Weekend!
