Welcome to another week in the wine-o-drome. Our subscribers will have received their May wines by now and added to a blink-and-you-missed-it Ganvevat release it's been a wild week on the roads. We're back into it this afternoon though, same deal same day delivery in Melbs. Added this week is a new delivery partner in Sydney who's going to be on the roads Wed/Fri so you'll get stuff from us next day if you order on Tues/Thurs. WINES THAT SCINTILLATE
James Madden is a former restaurant dude who wanted to make wine so he went and worked for another notable restaurant dude-turned winemaker, James Erskine (Jauma). He obviously got his head around it pretty quickly because a short while after he started releasing cool wines under his Little Things label. These days James is well established in the Adelaide Hills natural wine fraternity as Scintilla and like his mentor at Jauma he uses no so2 and no funny business. Juicy reds and pristine whites from the Hills and McLaren Vale.
New discounted packs offering curated bargains are now online. We have an apropriately Wintery Reds pack and Yummy Mummies pack for Sunday (order by 1pm Sat in Melb or 12pm Thurs in Sydney).
SYDNEY NEXT-DAY IS ROLLING
We're working on bringing down the time and cost of Sydney deliveries, and have got a new and incredibly reliable delivery partner who is bringing you wines on Wednesdays and Fridays that can be ordered until midday the day before (Tuesdays and Thursdays). We're covering within 25km of the CBD and you can check the list on our website for your postcode if you're unsure.
FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY TUE-SAT
We've gone from recommending wines to our customers in shops to spilling hot 7-11 coffee in our laps while trying to read the Gregory's. We've added Tuesdays into the mix so now we're delivering every afternoon except Sunday and Mondays. If you're within 15km of Melbourne CBD and order before 1pm you'll get the wine before dinner time FREE.
