Wow! What a year so far! 

We wanted to firstly say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has reached out, messaged, prayed for and supported us over the past couple of months. We are so glad to be back home with our children in Uganda, in perfect time to be able to support our communities through these upheavals.

We've seen how the current situation has affected people all around the world - it's no small thing to see our family and friends in different countries try to navigate the many challenges this season has brought. 

Here in Uganda, we are entering day 46 of lockdown. And we still have weeks to go. For Hope Speaks, that means that our beautiful families are no longer able to come to the clinics for therapy - there is no public transport and no private vehicles. It also means that many of them are unable to work, and thus, unable to provide for their families. 

BUT, WE AREN'T GIVING UP!

We know that Hope Speaks has such an amazing purpose in all of this; Covid or no Covid, we are determined to continue supporting our communities!

That's why, this #GivingTuesdayNOW we have decided to run a fundraiser to help support the families we work with. 

Did you know that for only $100 we can provide nutritional packs AND Tele-therapy for a family for an entire month!

That's $25 per week for food and much needed support so that these children (and their parents) can continue to develop the skills they need to be strong and to speak out for themselves.

We would love it if you would join with us today, on #GivingTuesdayNOW  to see hope restored to these families.

Perhaps you can support a family for a week, or a month, or maybe an entire community! What ever you can do, we are so grateful for your kindness and generosity to support Hope Speaks as we continue this much needed work.
