Breathe No Evil

Since we can't have photo shoots in person for a while, we've created a simple activity you can do from home!

Everyone is being affected by the coronavirus and everyone can help in the fight. Face masks slow the spread of COVID-19 but for many they're unusual to see or wear, and for some they can perpetuate stereotypes. So we're want to show the wide variety of people coming together for a common goal, and how we're protecting each other by wearing a mask even if it's uncomfortable.

• Take a picture of yourself wearing a face mask: It's like Speak No Evil, but without touching your face. It can be a mask you've bought or made, plain or bedazzled. Get as creative as you'd like.
• Pick three words that describe yourself: Show everyone is in this together no matter what your labels are.
• Share one good thing you've done: Whether you're on the front lines helping people, surprising your neighbors with a roll of toilet paper, or just staying home and binge watching for the common good.

#GivingTuesdayNow is a new global day of giving and unity where people around the world can stand together to use their individual power of generosity to remain connected and heal.

It's a great day to try a new good deed, whether it's helping a neighbor, advocating for something you believe in, supporting nonprofits, or of course photographing yourself with a face mask for an art project...  Every act of generosity counts, especially when we're feeling so apart from social distancing.
