Ashtanga Half Primary 
with Linda

Wed. May 6th, 6:30 - 8 PM


Linda will guide you through the first half of Primary Series + the ending sequence and relaxation. She will offer modifications, but the class is not suitable for beginners.

Kriya & Pranayama with Gérald 

Thu. May 7th at 10 AM


A session open to participants of all levels, including beginners. Come discover the power of your breath!
Find a comfortable spot to sit on (a cushion for the floor is recommended, or a chair if sitting on the floor is difficult).

Yoga Lecture with Linda 

Thu. May 7th at 8 PM


What is Yoga? Yoga Sutra for Daily Living, a discussion with meditation & breathing open to everyone.

Full Primary Series with Gérald

Fri. May 8th at 10 AM


The traditional full Primary Series guided in French by Gérald, with the counting in Sanskrit. Emphasis is placed on the series as a whole with the importance given to the vinyasas, the fluidity of the movement and the connection with the breath.

Strong Vinyasa with Linda

Sat. May 9th, 10 - 11:30 AM


A more challenging Vinyasa class, but with variations given to approach and build up difficult poses.

Self-Nourishing Yoga with Linda

Sun. May 10th at 6:30 PM


A gentle, slow flow that's open to participants of all levels. Gather some pillows from around the house to get comfortable during the Restorative poses.
