Trevor Marshall: When I’m 1:64 - Modelling an obscure prototype in a niche scale

Time: 7:00PM Pacific, May 21st, 2020

Trevor is a well known modeller, blogger and TV presenter with a lifelong interest in model railways. He finds every scale, gauge, prototype, era and theme fascinating.  His current project - a Canadian National branch line in southern Ontario in S scale is his current focus.  Trevor will discuss the trials, tribulations and rewards of modelling something off the beaten track, both in terms of the prototype as well as the scale of the models themselves.  This is sure to be a fascinating and entertaining presentation by this well known speaker.

Bill Decker: So You Want to Build Your Dream Layout

Time: 8:30PM Pacific, May 21st, 2020

Eight years into building his own dream model railroad, the Southern Pacific Cascade Line, Bill has had time to reflect on what goes into designing and building a basement-filling layout. His reflections include alternative, valid layout choices to his own. Lessons learned will be discussed as well. This presentation is intended to promote thinking about the many choices available to design and build what most suits the individual modeler.  Bill's presentation promises to be a very interesting thought provoking clinic.

Registration is Open, and it's Free!

Be sure to register today to be a part of the fun.  It is free to attend the VRMMBC; all we need is your name and email address.  Prior to the clinics you will receive a Zoom link to join in.  It's easy and simple.  We'll "see" you at the Meet!
