TestBuilder adds Images

The Question-Writer in TestBuilder now supports image files in several common formats.  Simply drop the URL of the image in the new field "Media URL".  Then, you can preview the image and preview the entire question.  This greatly increases the scope of custom question writing and allows employers to readily deploy test materials they've developed.

All the features of TestBuilder are documented in a new, updated test information sheet.  It fully describes the features to:

1. Create custom skill and knowledge tests.
2. Choose pre-existing test questions from any skill test in SkillCheck's library.
3. Combine software simulations with traditional prompt-response questions.
4. Create custom questions.
5. Tailor reports with graphic score interpretation.
6. Add client logo branding to test reports.
