All the fun of a jumpsuit with all of the function of workwear, our new Blanca Flight Suit is a super versatile, highly customizable pattern that gives you loads of options to make it uniquely you. I've become a bit of a boiler suit addict in the past year, and I'm super excited to introduce you to our take on this style.

Currently available as a PDF in sizes 0-20 and 14-30, not only can you count on our trademark in-depth instructions, but we also have a full sewalong coming next week to guide you through every step of construction!

Blanca features a center front zipper, patch pockets that double as belt loops, an optional tie belt or buckled belt, a traditional shirt collar and a unique pleated back design. Customize your flight suit by adding a long sleeve, tapered sleeve with snap button, or short sleeve. The leg is cut straight, with the option to crop it or taper at the hem with a leg tab. In addition, choose between a classic breast patch pocket or zippered pocket for added detail.

We love how different it looks by tapering the hems; this pattern is a real "choose your own adventure" when it comes to sewing and styling options, and you can use a variety of wovens, from sturdy twill and canvas to drapey tencel, linen or silk boil. Go utilitarian in classic indigo denim, or have fun with a rainbow of colour in this easy-to-wear look you'll never want to take off.
