NYU Wasserman: Your Career and COVID-19 Zoom Series
Every Friday, 12:30PM-1:30PM EST, Virtual

Asian Americans and Our Nation’s Original Sin: A Discussion on Anti-Asian Racism, Faith, and Identity

In the last two months, reports of harassment and discrimination towards Asian-Americans have been on the rise. How should we understand this personally and in relation to our nation and its history? And what role have faith communities played to both support and oppose these racial realities? Our panelists will address these critical and very present day matters and help us consider how to respond and move forward.

Graduation Announcement

Congratulations to Comp Lit Ph.D. candidate Andrew Ragni who successfully defended his dissertation titled Encrypted Resistances: Anticolonialism and Psychoanalysis last week under the advisement of Professor Ana Dopico! Andy will be continuing his career with NYU in the upcoming academic year as a Postdoctoral Teaching Fellow for the CAS College Core Curriculum. We wish you all the best!
