So this newsletter is devoted to making things easy, from quick and springy slow cooker recipes to fantastic meal delivery options.

Take a break and let someone else do all the work!

Meal Delivery Options
Last we spoke about great places to have groceries delivered, now let's take it one step further. Tired of cooking, no problem with these fantastic direct to consumer meal delivery companies.

Provenance Meals- Extremely high quality and free of refined sugar, gluten, and dairy. A favorite of mine for a while and are now shipping nationwide! You can use the code Middleberg for a 20% discount.

Sakara Life- Vegan, organic meal delivery.  For anyone wanting to significantly up your veggie intake this is a great option (plus you can always throw in some animal protein in there if you need it). Use the code XOSTEPHANIE for 20% off your first order.

Daily Harvest- Direct to consumer organic, plant-based delivery that comes FROZEN which is my favorite part. I particularly love their smoothies and harvest bowls that make breakfast and lunches so much easier. Use the code Middleberg for three free items.

Splendid Spoon- I highly recommend their vegan soups. They are delicious. You can order directly from them or via Fresh Direct.

Cookunity- My in-laws actually told me about this one. It’s pre-made meals made by various chefs that get delivered right to your door. They make it very easy for you to choose meals a la carte based on your preferences.

Ipsa- Fantastic locally made frozen meals, delivered right to your door. Ipsa uses top quality ingredients and makes everything in NYC.

Little Spoon- Organic delicious baby food delivered right to your door. Full disclosure, I'm their nutrition advisor, but I, and more importantly my kids, love the offering. You can use the code Middleberg50 for 50% off your first order.
Weekly Workout

I always find spring to be the most motivating time to run, especially now. Couch to 5k and Peloton are two great apps to help you up the mileage.
That's all for now!
