How does this running event work?
We are running a Virtual 5K! This is a socially distant event. You can complete your run or walk on the road, trails, or treadmill, in any way you like. The only rules are that it is a run or walk…there are no bikes, scooters, mopeds, golf carts, hovercrafts, dogsleds, or basically any device that would enhance your forward progression.
If I Register, What do I get?
- $5 Voucher. Redeemable on our website for products or services. *Exclusions may apply.
- Virtual Race Kit. Includes a print-at-home race bib and virtual medal to post on social media. We want to see your accomplishments on June 3rd, so share them with us directly or use #sunrisevirtual5k in your posts.
- Virtual Leaderboard. You will have the opportunity to post and see your results on our website as they come in on June 3rd.
- Random Prize Drawings. Chance for everyone to win additional prizes.
