Friends:
Are you a business leader under the age of 40? Do you work in construction, professional services or retail? If so, then please take this survey, which originally went out last week. We are re-sending to ensure more people have the opportunity to complete it so we have ample input.
The survey data will help us understand the best paths forward as Winter Park recovers from the economic blow delivered by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thank you to those who have already taken it and we encourage anyone who hasn’t to take the time to do so by 3 p.m. Friday, May 22.
The survey measures the economic impacts of business closures over the past two months. This survey, created by a team of economists at the Balmoral Group, is step one in the creation of an Economic Impact Study that will help guide Winter Park’s recovery. This study is part of the THRIVE Winter Park initiative and was generously funded by the Edyth Bush Charitable Foundation.
The survey will take between 5 and 15 minutes to complete and the results will be kept STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.

The bigger the data set, the better picture we have to rebuild our local economy. Would you kindly send this link to a colleague or friend to encourage participation as well?
Thank you in advance for your participation. Together we will build a stronger Winter Park.
Sincerely,
Betsy Gardner Eckbert
