The 50th annual John Deere Classic is scheduled for the week of July 6-12 and (knock wood) is still being held. Like everything, things might be a little different this year, but Birdies for Charity remains part of the program.

If you don't know, for all pledges made through the Birdies program, Deere will increase it by a minimum of 5% (and maybe up to 10%).

If you have a donation to QCAIR planned, this is the perfect time to do it! Make your pledge online and be sure to choose QCAIR (#2150) as your designated charity!

QCAIR keeps an emergency fund to help immigrant and refugee families on a one-off basis by providing a loan, which can be forgiven at the discretion of the board.
 

• Arrived in the US in the last 5 years;
• Was referred by another agency or can demonstrate they have approached other service providers; and
• Is asking for less than $500 and has a written plan to resolve the underlying issue which caused the emergency.
