SPRING MEETING REFUNDS

How to Find Your Invoice

Almost all refunds for the spring meeting have been fully processed. A zero-balance post-refund invoice should be visible in your NCURA dashboard. To view, download, or print, log in to your NCURA account at www.ncura.edu. In the upper right hand corner, click My Dashboard. Then under the My Account heading, click the Invoices/Transaction History link and look for the invoice for your registration payment (in most cases at the top of the list). You should see a $0 balance for that invoice date, and if you click on the invoice number in the left hand column, you should be able to view your original receipt as well as your refund details. If one person at your organization paid for a number of registrants in a single transaction, the post-refund invoice will show in that person’s account. If you have a question about your refund, please contact chair@ncuraregioniii.com for assistance.

2021 MEETING LOCATION

Bound for the Big Easy

Mark your calendars and get excited! Next year, Region III will be teaming up with Region VIII (International) for a joint spring meeting in New Orleans, LA! The meeting will take place April 25 - 28, 2021 at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside.

We will have a lot to celebrate as this will be RIII’s 50th regional meeting and the 10th anniversary of the formation of Region VIII. Keep watch for updates about the meeting on the Region III website and in this newsletter. We look forward to seeing everyone in 2021!

STAYING CONNECTED

Flamingos Flock Together

Region III needs your help to make sure everyone is included in the flock! One way you can help is to update your NCURA Collaborate Profile and join the Region III Members Collaborate Community today.

NCURA Collaborate is a secure professional networking site that allows NCURA members to connect and share resources on an active platform. You can use it to network with colleagues, find volunteer opportunities, and share best practices and resources with other research administrators regionally, nationally, and globally. Check out the Collaborate Tips & Tricks webpage (login required) for help getting started.

Another way you can help is to answer the upcoming Diversity & Inclusion survey. Look for it to be released on May 29!
Be on the lookout for your Region III election ballot as well as for your opportunity to vote on the proposed bylaw update. Candidate information and ballots will be available in early June!
