NSS 2020 achieves high response rate
The National Student Survey (NSS) opened on Monday 3 February and, after thirteen weeks of field work, closed on Thursday 30 April. Despite the difficult circumstances we are in, we achieved an institutional response rate of 75.26%; a fantastic accomplishment. A very big thank you to all staff who supported this effort.
Results will be released on Wednesday 1 July. The OfS and Ipsos MORI have both indicated they will conduct an analysis of the pre- and post-lockdown results. We will update colleagues when we hear more about any outcomes of this exercise. Detailed response rate data can be found on the Survey Data Wiki and this will also be the portal through which we disseminate the results.
