"In August, I aim to complete my doctoral program in Civil Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. As a University of Pittsburgh undergraduate, I started with the Mascaro Center as a research fellow in the summer of 2012, and that kickstarted my interest in water resources engineering research -- so much so that I decided to go to graduate school for it. I've also continued my sustainability education and outreach efforts with local youth that I started with MCSI in the Design Factory program at the Sarah Heinz House."
