This Saturday night you are invited to a attend a virtual concert from the comfort of your home.
Dear Friends,
These past few months have been challenging on all of us. The loss of a physical space where we can experience live music and collaborations have been temporarily closed until it is safe to do so. I truly miss my collaborators and curating live shows on a monthly basis, and this longing has led me to prepare a virtual concert with a few of my collaborators that we will stream tomorrow night, Saturday May 16 (International Day of Light). Here is your virtual concert invite with info and tickets link. The tickets are free with RSVP and there is a donation button that will be going to the musicians. On behalf of the musicians and myself we are grateful for your support and good vibrations. We wish you all the best and be safe.
Pairing with LIQUIDVERSE virtual concert, Liquid Light Lab created a window installation called "Windowpane Tranquility" as part of #LightWindows exhibition for neighbors, a thank you to essential workers and a tribute to those who we have lost to COVID-19. It is currently displayed at the cell's window in Chelsea area of Manhattan, where you can observe from the street and meditate on the slower, calmer pace of life that Quarantine has brought us. It is bright and fun, but also meant to give the viewer repose as they gradually begin to venture back out into the world. Tranquility is offered as a thing of value, and something to consider as the World goes back to doing what the World does.
