Green Tease Reflections: #arts4cop26 online planning discussion
On 29th April 2020 more than 80 people jumped online with us to chat about arts' and culture's plans for COP26 and how to collectively reorganise and reorient these in light of COVID-19 and the COP's postponement. It was a stimulating discussion and we extend huge thanks to our co-organisers, Stop Climate Chaos Scotland and ecoartscotland for their invaluable contributions.

New online resources
We believe folks in the cultural sector are well placed to lead on communicating important messages about climate change. But, we know it can be a bit awkward getting started sometimes, so we've developed the Guide to Communicating Climate Change to help out.

Leave a trace not a footprint is a new guide developed by Julie’s Bicycle and EUROCITIES as part of the ROCK project Sustainable Events series. It provides practical guidance on improving the environmental sustainability of cultural outdoor events in heritage cities, addressing key impact areas and using international best practice to inspire positive change. Packed with case studies, including our work in Edinburgh!

In March 2020, while in Dublin for our third transnational project meeting, we recorded this conversation between our director, Ben Twist, and Dublin-based cultural consultant, John O’Brien, in the studio at axis Ballymun (our Irish partner).

Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic curtailed most of our other activities! This blog from our Belgian partners, Greentrack Ghent, describes what was planned for the three-day workshop, current progress in our embedded artist projects, and what we’ve learnt so far.
