Delivery Schedules and Ordering

You may have noticed on our online shopping site, a new icon on the lower left of the page. This is the signup link for our new "Veggi-ePoints" loyalty/ reward program.
Once you sign up, you will receive Veggi-ePoints for visiting our website once each week (25 points)
You will also receive points for your purchases.
Veggi-ePoints can be redeemed for dollars off your weekly purchase.
We're also looking into how we can use this system to reward you for purchases made since March 25.
Food Quality / Return & Replacement Policy
All food items are inspected for defects / spoilage as your boxes are packed. Delivery Boxes are packed the evening before OR the morning of your delivery day. As expected, some items can have hidden defects; ripen in the confines of the delivery box; or become damaged in transport. We offer a 100%, no questions asked return/replacement policy. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have problems with an item or items in your delivery!
Steps for alerting us to problems:

- State the nature of the problem with your box/items
- We will schedule a followup/replacement delivery
- In some cases, we have issued refunds OR credits for future deliveries

Do you know someone who needs food assistance? A portion of our weekly food deliveries are set aside for Food Assistance boxes.

We have approximately 25 Veggie Boxes and 25 Fruit Boxes available each week for food assistance. The Veggie Box also contains a package of pasta, rice, canned tuna, spaghetti sauce, and a variety of canned vegetables and soup All food assistance suggestions are kept anonymous.

We are now accepting delivery requests for Corolla, and Carova Beach clients. We need 15 delivery requests in Corolla/Carova Beach to make this service viable. This delivery route will be combined with the current Southern Shores, Duck, and Sanderling delivery route “OBX-NORTH”.
