WHAT ARE WE DOING TO MAKE YOUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE A SAFE ONE?
• We will allow 3 people into the store at once.
(3 change rooms - 3 people.)
• We encourage appointments to be booked with you and possibly a friend or 2 so you can control who you are in the store with. Make it a fun outing in a controlled environment with your friends or family member!
• If you have a group of 3 you will have the store to yourself. Drop ins will be welcome up to the limit of 3 customers at a time.
• Doors will be locked and you can phone us at 403-640-0043 and we will let you in.
• Customers will be provided with hand sanitizer upon entering the store.
• Staff will wear face shields, and gloves and-or use of sanitizers by staff. METICULOUS STANDARDS WILL BE PRACTICED! We need to protect our staff as well as our customers.
• Use of masks will be encouraged by customers. Cloth masks will be available for purchase at our cost.
• Plexiglass Shields have been installed at cash desk.
• Arrows will be put on floors to encourage safe distancing.
• All product will be isolated after being tried on and steamed to ensure it is safe for the next customer.
• We will disinfect the store, change rooms, all points of contact before and after each customer and throughout the day.
• The racks will be thinned out to minimize contact and after trying on clothes we will get the customer to hang it on a rack to separate it overnight and ready for steaming. Being open every other day gives an extra assurance of items being isolated between wearing.
• In order to limit item exposure outside of the store we will be implementing a NO RETURN policy.
• To ensure safety measures, NO CASH transactions will be accepted.
WE CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL AGAIN AND GET OUR WORLD SLOWLY AND CAUTIOUSLY MOVING AGAIN! IF WE DON’T DO THIS PROPERLY WE WILL END UP HAVING TO GO BACK AGAIN SO WE ALL NEED TO WORK TOGETHER TO BE DILIGENT AND SAFE TO PROTECT EACH OTHER. LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AGAIN!
