We come before the Lord for the following immediate & urgent prayers:

Lord, we praise you and thank you for blessing us and honoring our faith in you with grace and mercy every day of our lives. 

We come to you asking that you be with Alexander, the 3-year-old grandson of Al and Jeanette Maurer, who will have a tonsillectomy on Tuesday that cannot be postponed any longer. We pray that you steady the Dr.'s hands and make their minds clear and focused. We ask that Alexander's pain be absent and that his healing and recovery is quick and without incident. Also, we pray that you are with Alexnder's family as they wait through the surgery and give them peace and patience as they help Alexander with his recovery. We know that when our little ones are sick we tend to overthink, but God, we know that you have control and our faith is always in you, the almighty healer. 

Lord, we ask that you also give peace to Brittany Strandell as she begins the journey of finding new employment after leaving her past job. Lead her to the job that will allow all of her strengths and gifts to be utilized for Your good, and help her see Your vision for her life. Searching for a new job is hard, but she has You on her side to squelch the fears, doubt, and anxiety that come during times of uncertainty. Lord, we are thankful that she has the opportunity to discover new passions and find joy in a place where she knows You want her.
 

Psalm 62:5-6

Almighty Father, we pray that you hear our silent thoughts as well as the praises that we sing in Your name. We are so thankful for all that you give us and we realize that even if we were to lose everything, we can still look to You. Lord, we pray that we are a light in this world and those who surround us can see you through us. We ask that you comfort us in our times of need, share our laughter when we are joyous, and envelope us in Your love, always. We pray that our faith remains strong in times of uncertainty and hardship and that you carry us when we cannot walk anymore. Lord, we praise you, in your blessed name we pray.

We come before the Lord for the following immediate & urgent prayers:

--We ask the Lord to be with JEFF TOMASEK as he struggles with chronic Osteomyelitis (a bone infection) causing a wound in the hip area.  He has no results yet from a CT Scan taken on Wednesday, but he continues to see both an infectious disease and a wound care doctor.  May God heal Jeff's wound completely, erasing all infection and preventing its reoccurrence.

--We praise the Lord for the improvement with ALFRED TOMASEK'S eye problem.  Although the doctors still do not know the cause of the swelling of the optic nerve, we are thankful that his vision is better.  We continue to pray for his full recovery.
