Butter is the super hot deal this week. If you haven't tried Petit Normand Butter then make sure you do this week. If you're not putting it on your toast then making your own flavoured butter is a must. Bang some of this Maple Butter onto your pancakes this weekend, or this Anchovy Butter onto a steak (check out our Wednesday Deal below). You can see from these 2 recipes that making flavoured butter is fairly straight forward and not much more complicated that mashing something together with butter. Have a play with your favourite herbs and or spices this week and make some awesome garlic bread on Saturday.

Cabbage
Although it's still feeling pretty warm it's almost June, I have already had a fire at home and have been thinking a lot about slow cooking. I'm definitely going make the kids eat this Caramelised Whole Cabbage. It looks delicious.

I'm really excited to see Antica Naploi Brand products back at Simply Fresh. If you can remember these from around 5 years ago they are great quality tomato products that are also at really good deal prices. Chicken Drums
Bust out the Slow cooker for some of these Crock Pot Chicken Drums. My recommendation is to put them on early on Thursday and head to your favourite Local Pub for a couple of aperitifs. You can then arrive home to the delicious smell of an easy dinner.

Boost your iron intake this week with a couple of big Spinach dinners. Have look at this Creamed Spinach Risotto for a hearty rib sticker that has no meat (if you use a vegetable stock) or you could ramp it up by adding some Bacon.
