We hope you're staying safe and socially distant in level 2 - we're certainly enjoying getting to support local restaurants and cafes again. Check out At Yours (from Wellington on a Plate) and the Pandemic Pack for delivery and click and collect options if you're keen to support from the comfort of your home.

Our Annual General Meeting (originally scheduled for 5 May 2020) remains postponed. We will announce the new date via this newsletter, on our Facebook page, and website. We are still keen to hear from people interested in standing for the committee or getting more involved in our work, so feel free to get in touch.

Survey of owners of earthquake-prone apartments

ICW lobbies Government and WCC on behalf of apartment owners affected by the earthquake prone building legislation. To be credible, ICW must have up-to-date facts and figures. We are now providing an opportunity to individual apartment owners to have a say.

We want to know the demographic profile of owners and those living in their apartments, how those people are being and could be affected by the legislation, owners’ views about the legislation, and owners' views on our ideas for how Government should change the EPB regime for multi-owner residential buildings.

The survey closes on Sunday 31 May 2020 at 5pm. Further information about the survey, and a copy of the survey, is available here.
