Are you passionate about your small business? Do you need support to review and re-launch your business following COVID-19?

The Maldon & District Community Bank is partnering with Clare Fountain from Sorted, a Bendigo-based small business consultant, to present this new specially designed program to support local small businesses revitalise, rebound and transition out of the current pandemic.

“Never has there been a more important time to change gears and adapt to new horizons. The Maldon & District Community Bank is excited to present this opportunity to businesses in our region; to help them with their ongoing viability and success,” said Branch Manager Adam Balzan.

The application process is simple – just a paragraph or two about how the program will benefit you and your business. Applications are now open via our website www.maldoncb.com.au and close on Tuesday 26 May.

The key deliverable of the program is a Business Action Plan that provides the ‘who, what and when’ for each small business. It’s like a boot camp for your business.

The value per business is worth over $900, with the Maldon & District Community Bank subsidising the majority of this cost.  Businesses selected for the program will need to commit to a one-off payment of $75 for the program. Please let us know if you require support for this payment as we don’t want cost to be a barrier to businesses applying for the program.

The program will be delivered online by Clare Fountain, including 6 live interactive sessions on business planning and 1:1 mentoring before and after. Clare is a proven performer assisting regional small business owners to plan for and achieve success.

“I have designed this program to support small business owners to create their own plan of how to get to where they want to be. That might be to just open their doors after the lock down, to make a profit, to employ people or to be able to take weekends off or go on a holiday,” said Clare.

The program will commence on Monday 1 June. For further information on applying for the program contact Bank Chairman Ross Egleton chairman@mdcb.com.au or 0425 801 959, or chat to Clare Fountain for details on course content: sorted@clarefountain.com.au or 0418 140 347.
