This week we have the special UK Community Shabbaton @ Home - click here for full details. We start this evening with an address by the Chief Rabbi followed by Kabbalat Shabbat live from Hampstead Garden Suburb led by Chazan Avromi Freilich and Rabbi Daniel Friedman. Watch all this from 6:30pm tonight on Facebook or YourTube.

Please remember to light candles and bring in Shabbat here in Birmingham at 8:00pm after the service concludes.

Sunday morning Shacharit - as it is Rosh Chodesh, why not go to shul? Rabbi Garber of Shenley United invites us to join them on Sunday morning 24th May at 8:30am. Here's the Zoom link.

Sunday evening 24th May at 8:00pm: "My favourite drink" - an opportunity to join for a l'chayim (non-alcoholic if you want!) and explain when and why you started drinking your favourite tipple! Join us by Zoom.

Ladies-only: Restorative pilates - keep fit with Alina Esh every Tuesday afternoon.  Join us by Zoom for the next session at 5pm Tuesday 26th May. If you have a resistance band, bring it along!
