We have created a week of activities that embrace the theme of KINDNESS. Exploring what kindness to ourselves and to others makes possible for our wellbeing.
These activities are for EVERYONE! We are welcoming YOU!
Each day there is an opportunity for you to join in either a class, session or talk which will be on-line and been generously offered for free by the extraordinary team of dedicated wellbeing practitioners from The Swansea Wellbeing Centre. This is very much open to all, and we are focusing on keeping the minds and hearts of people throughout our community positive, strong and well!
We are asking you to invite or share with people from your life who might just love to try one of these classes, or who might benefit from the talks on offer. Please share to any groups you are a part of, or to anyone you know is struggling at this time. You never know, today may be the day they say, “yes! o.k, I will give it a go”.
Remember that we have an exceptional team of highly qualified, experienced and utterly delightful psychotherapists and that they are here to support anyone who is dealing with challenges at this time.
