Please see letter below from Immunisation Team

Dear Parents/Guardian, 
 
If your child is in Year 9 you may be aware that they were due their DTP/MenACWY vaccination at school and this may have been cancelled due to the current pandemic and subsequent school closures. 
 
We are writing to reassure you that the Immunisation Team are planning to deliver these vaccinations to all eligible children as soon as it is possible to be completed safely within schools. 
 
If you have completed an online consent form but your child has not received their vaccination, we will vaccinate them when we attend their school as above. There is no need to contact us unless anything has changed in your child’s health. 
 
If you have not completed or are unsure if you have completed a consent form and would like your child to be vaccinated, please do so at your earliest convenience.
