We want to say thank you for your support of our small business. We are grateful for our GJD Family and to be able to continue doing what we love on a digital platform. The amount of people who have reached out to us with their kind words literally has brought us to tears. We miss our staff, students and families immensely and can't wait for the day we can all be together again. Thank you for supporting and believing in us. We are so thankful.

COSTUME CURBSIDE UPDATES

When: Wednesday May 20th 3:00-7:00PM
Where: Grand Jete Studio of Dance
We will be handing out costumes at the front of the building through our front window.

WE WILL BE SCHEDULING A THIRD CURBSIDE COSTUME PICK UP ON WEDNESDAY 5/20 FROM 3:00-7:00PM. COSTUME WAREHOUSES HAVE SLOWLY STARTED TO RE-OPEN AND BEGAN SHIPPING ONCE AGAIN. WE ARE RECEIVING THE BULK OF OUR FINAL SHIPMENT TODAY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE FOLLOWING CLASSES.

MODERN 1 TUESDAY @6:00 (6 MC COSTUMES)

SAFETY
We will be handling all merchandise with the proper precautions. Staff members will be wearing masks, gloves and will be sanitizing all packaging. While we understand students may want to tag along to see their teachers we are asking that only one parent/guardian come for curbside pick up. We will not allow patrons inside of the building to keep the studio clean/sanitized. This is for the safety of everyone.

COSTUMES
The majority of our costumes have arrived, but if you are missing an item do not be alarmed. Due to COVID-19 costume companies have had to put a halt on shipping. Once your missing items arrive you will be notified for future pick up.

BALANCES
Please note that your account must be at a $0 balance through March/April/May for pick up. If you have a balance on your account please call or email the office to submit payment.

We will be closed May 21st - May 26th for Memorial Day Weekend and a "Spring Break" for our Instructors. They have been diligently working since the State Mandated Closure through our scheduled "Spring Break". Our office will also be closed and we will be back on May 27th to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your understanding.

We have gotten many requests from our families and we will be placing an order for shoes/tights for our growing dancers & gymnasts that have outgrown their class attire.
Orders will be due on Monday May 25th.

We are grateful for our Grand Jete Family and are very excited to bring you our GRAND JETE STRONG Apparel. We are thankful for your continued support and are excited to see your Dancers, Gymnasts, Parents, Sisters, Brothers and Extended Family sporting this apparel.

With your support we reached a goal of 83 items purchased and raised over $1000 going back into our Studio Scholarships.
All profit from this apparel line will go towards our 2020 Scholarship Programs that include our annual "Sunshine Scholarship", "O'Donnell Solo Scholarship" and new this year "Artistry in Motion Scholarship".

All orders will be arriving around May 27th!

Unlimited Dance & Gymnastics Class Program

We are having so much fun during our digital dance/gymnastics classes and can't believe we're heading into WEEK 10! We have taken pride in being one of THE FIRST & ONLY DANCE STUDIOS IN THE LEHIGH VALLEY WHO HAS GONE DIGITAL.

Teaching digitally, sharing our love of Dance, Acro & Gymnastics while not being physically in the studio has been an incredible way to stay connected with our parents, students and staff members. Our teachers have been working diligently over the course of the past 9 weeks to provide amazing classes in a variety of genres/levels digitally.

The amount of growth we have seen from our students taking our unlimited program has been amazing. Students are learning to adapt to the new normal and have the capabilities to take classes all evening 5 days a week! We have especially loved getting our parents involved with our Parent & Me classes held throughout the week and weekend. Students are getting stronger and are learning accountability in the process. We are missing our GJD Family tremendously, but have been incredibly happy seeing students in class online daily.

We want to say a heartfelt thank you for your continued support since the state mandated closure. We have a responsibility to do our part in minimizing the impact of COVID-19 throughout our community and the safety of our dance/gymnastics families is our number one priority. Thank you for supporting our small business!

We are still doing open enrollment for the month of June and will continue the same UNLIMITED Digital Program until we are able to open our physical doors again. We will continue to deliver the same experience you know and love here at GJD digitally.

Grand Jete Studio of Dance Presents: A Year In Season

Here at Grand Jete our students have been working incredibly hard on technique throughout the season and their recital routines! We do not want their hard work to go unnoticed & want to still provide a performance opportunity. We care for each of our students and their families deeply and with the pandemic we have seen a lot of changes within our country and our state.

With that being said we also have to make some changes. We will be holding our annual recital, but it will not be at the end of June. This change is due to Campus Closure and we are working closely with Zoellner Arts Center located at Lehigh University as we navigate to make the best decisions for everyone. As they say...

THE SHOW MUST GO ON!

Our new rehearsal/recital dates are August 1-8

Miss Amanda and Miss Arenda feel as though our annual recital is the highlight of the season and we want to make the best efforts possible to put on a show for our students. We do not have all of our details ironed out just yet, but wanted to get these new dates out to our families sooner than later.

What does this mean for the rest of our season?
We will continue digitally until we can open our physical doors again. Once we are open we will be back to our normal dance/gymnastics schedule.
Our 2019-2020 Fall Session will continue for an additional month through July and we will hold a short summer session in August.

We want to thank you again for your continued support and understanding during these uncertain times. We can't wait to see all of your dancers/gymnasts shine on stage!

Tuition and Past Due Payments:

Here at GJD we understand that we are experiencing a new normal. At this time we are stating that all accounts should be up to date through March/April. This includes tuition, costume deposits/balances and competitive fees.

We will be sending out invoices via email to our overdue accounts through square systems to submit your payment.
