A VIRTUAL CELEBRATION: 10 YEARS OF GREAT LADIES

The Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation (ADDF) re-imagined our annual Great Ladies Luncheon & Fashion Show as a virtual experience, as friends from around the nation gathered to celebrate a decade of science and fashion on May 6. Hosted by broadcast legend Andrea Mitchell, the event featured a discussion about new advancements in Alzheimer’s research between Dr. Howard Fillit and Dr. Roberta Diaz Brinton. The program also included an appearance from Washington Capitals player and 2019 Great Ladies honoree, T.J. Oshie, who thanked the ADDF for its dedication to finding a cure for Alzheimer’s. A special tribute to event founder Elise Lefkowitz by her daughter Charlie Lefkowitz Crowley accompanied a look-back at fashion highlights from years past. To view the virtual event, click here.
