Hi PulseBlueprint community,

Prioritizing is not easy — everyone tries their best, but sometimes life takes over and we don’t get everything done that we want to. As we try to stay motivated while working from home, a key element is going to be figuring out which tasks are more important than others.

Today, I’d love for you to share how you prioritize your tasks and which tools, frameworks, or processes you’ve found work best for you

Do you plan every day with an email? Set yourself up the evening before? Plan your whole week on Monday? Is your time horizon daily, weekly, monthly, or a mix? Is prioritization and task setting a group activity with you team / other executives or is it a quiet personal moment? Please share all the ways you prioritize and what’s worked for you.

Please write back to this email with your brief responses (no attachments, please)

A few guidelines:

  • Please include your name, title, company, and up to one link if you’d like a linkback (For example: Kelly Smith, Founder and CEO, ABC Corp. Link: abccorp.com).
  • If you’d like to be tagged in our social promotion, please share relevant Twitter handles as well.
  • Keep responses around 300 words. We may edit for length or clarity if we end up including it in an article (if you feel compelled to write a longer article on this topic, please feel free to do so!).
  • Deadline for responses: Friday, May 13th, at 3 pm EST.

Please know that while I love reading all your responses — and I am grateful for the time you invest in creating them, I may not be able to respond to everyone individually. But you can check here for all published articles with shared wisdom and insights.

Thank you,

Stefan
