Those in Need
Covid-19 Relief Fund
“Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” Hebrews 4:16
Through the generosity of those in the Grace community, a fund has been established for the sole purpose of assisting those in need as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. This fund is intended to be administered with grace and compassion as Christ has had grace and compassion on us. We praise Him from whom all blessings flow and ask that the Holy Spirit be fully present and to multiply those gifts that we have been given. The fund will be supported with directed donations from the Grace community. Checks may be mailed directly to the church at the address below or a onetime designated gift may be made using the Giving Link on the Grace website.

Anyone within the Grace community who expresses the need for assistance may be directed to complete the benevolence request form and submit that form to Pastor Chris. This includes members and active attendees of Grace as well as those who are part of the school community. Pastor Chris and the executive committee of the church council will review each request and respond based on the need and the ability to meet the need. In every consideration, prayer and discernment from the Holy Spirit will be consistent as each opportunity to assist will only be fruitful if they are Christ centered. We will maintain confidentiality to those who need help.
The Guidelines for administering the fund and the Benevolence Request form will be available on the Grace website GraceHB.org/thoseinneed.

As the leadership of Grace seeks to envision what coming back together in person will look like, we would like to get a sense of your mindset and expectations about this matter. As followers of Jesus, we believe that the Holy Spirit speaks not just to the individual but the Body of Christ as a whole. Therefore, we NEED each of your input in order to assess what is best for our whole community. Please take a moment to complete the following survey. Have you visited our Virtual Coffee Hour on Sundays at 9:30am?
We want to make sure to be staying connected even while we're isolated. So, we've started up a virtual coffee hour using Zoom (it's a video conferencing app). If you want to join us, make sure to install Zoom before this Sunday:
Then, on Sunday at 9:30am, visit gracehb.org/coffeehour to join the video call! We'll let you in to the meeting and enjoy the time together. Even if you have technical issues this first week, don't give up! We are all learning new ways to stay connected.
