The Articles & Bylaws Committee is providing notice of two updates:

1. Updated CFUW Proposed Amendments document.  This document has been modified to include the motion wording for the proposed Articles amendments for weighted voting and for director remuneration.  The wording for these motions was included in Schedule 1 (Form 4004) but has now been copied into the Proposed Amendments document for clarity.  This is the only addition to the document.  Click here for the updated Proposed Amendment document.
2. An Articles & Bylaws amendment was duly received by CFUW Guelph.  Click here for the proposed Guelph amendment to Article 4.

Members are reminded that May 19th is the deadline to submit any proposals to amend the Articles & Bylaws.  This includes amendments to proposed amendments.  Thank you.
