Each CKSci K – Grade 2 unit
includes the following components:
Individual copies of a Student Book, intended to be read-aloud by the teacher, so students can easily follow text and engage with carefully selected images and illustrations.
A comprehensive Teacher Guide with detailed lesson plans, reduced full-color Student Book pages, activity page masters, student investigation guides, and assessments.
The K – Grade 2 Teacher Guides also include a NEW icon that indicates to schools who follow the NGSS when specific NGSS guidelines are being met throughout the unit.
Online Resources that include links to help support learning experiences with the core ideas in science and engineering.
