Dear friends,

You’re invited for a time of conversation with colleagues in Chinook Winds Region. This invitation is going out to Ministry Personnel and Retired Ministers in our Region.

There's a meme going around social media that refers to the CoronaCoaster: the ups and downs of the Pandemic. High River Ministry Personnel David Robertson recently shared with us an article called The Coming Pastoral Crash. The article does outline several themes that we have heard in conversations over the past weeks.

At the same time, at the very bottom of the article, the author suggests the best strategy is for Ministers committing to ministering to their own hearts first and for ministers looking out for one another. That "best strategy" is at the heart of our Coffee Break time for Ministry Personnel.

The Chinook Winds Newsletter is published every Wednesday. Deadline for submissions is the Monday prior.

Your event, news or announcement can be included in the Chinook Winds E-News. For best promotion, it is advisable to submit material four weeks/one month in advance of your event's date or submission deadline. Events will be promoted for two newsletters and if you would like further promotion, please re-submit your item.
