Decommissioning GLHC
Land Line Phone System 

This notice is to inform you that as part of the ongoing integration of Great Lakes Health Connect (GLHC) into The MiHIN Group, the existing telephone system supporting our Grand Rapids office will be permanently shut down on May 29th, 2020. Direct line numbers to former GLHC staff will no longer be operative after 5:00 PM on Friday. 

The GLHC toll free support number (844-454-2443) will remain active and connected to The MiHIN Support Team. Our staff is eager to be of service for any issues by dialing that number. If you have need of revised contact information for a Grand Rapids-based staff member after May 29th, please contact them via email or by using the toll-free number above, and a message will be forwarded to them.
