2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
OF THE MEMBERSHIP
The InformOntario Annual General Meeting will be a virtual meeting, set for
Wednesday, June 10th @ 2 pm EDT
The link and materials for the meeting will be sent out separately about a week before the event.
This is your official notice about the virtual AGM, which will include the 2019 financial review.
If you are unable to attend, please complete the online proxy vote form. We need to ensure a quorum for the meeting, so your participation (in either way) would be greatly appreciated. The form only takes a couple of minutes to complete. Please complete by June 3rd.

Extended Membership for 2020-2021
The coronavirus pandemic has created unprecedented times for us all. To support our membership, InformOntario is now extending all memberships to cover 2 years.
All 2019 IO memberships are being automatically renewed for a 2-year period of 2020-2021.
For members who were able to pay their 2020 fees, it will cover both 2020 and 2021.
For members who weren’t able to renew before March, the membership is still going to be extended through 2020 and 2021.
Barb will be sending out membership certificates and 2020-2021 invoices after the AGM.

45th Annual InformOntario Education and
Networking Symposium Arboretum Centre, University of Guelph May 26 & 27, 2021
The Board of Directors and the Symposium Planning Committee has officially re-scheduled the annual Education and Networking Symposium to May 26-27, 2021.
We are thrilled that The People and Information Network (PIN) – our local host member – will lead us through the event at The Arboretum at the University of Guelph.
Many of our workshop speakers, who were scheduled for the cancelled event, are excited about being part of our event next year.
